  21. Actually, I have had luck with this.  As far as I'm aware, it works with 64's
  22. other than the 64C.  The 64 I've done it on is a "newer" 64, where clearing the
  23. screen changes the foreground character colors to be the current character color,
  24. rather than the VIC background color.

  26. Grounding pin 2 by connecting it to pin 6 does the trick.   I plugged an extra 
  27. cable into the drive, and used a screwdriver, but a switch is probably a better 
  28. idea.
